LOOKING FOR THE IMPOSSIBLE

Hi Guys, lone time no talk to.  Okay, I'm looking for the impossible.

I needed to know if anyone knows how to set up TB (Track Back/Ping) 
using HTML or PHP.  I want to add some script to a web page so that 
after every 100 visit, it pings.  Can any one here hope me.
