Question about syndicating content.

Hi,

I have a question that I hope someone might be able to help me with.

  We are a press release submission site, and are looking to further 
our reach for our customers that submit news to us.  I have seen a 
few places that perform "press release submission/dissemination" that 
claim to also have their news picked up by places such as:

CBS Market Watch

Site name: Finance Canada

I am thinking that there are a few central syndication service that 
will disseminate on behalf (other than PRNewswire)? to such sites but 
have no idea where to find them.  Any ideas? Please let me know at:
