Seriously though, I'm sure SAP's [1] Workplace model predates this patent's
[2] filing date in Nov last year. And the Workplace model is a (web-based)
user environment that aggregates data and functions from multiple sources
onto for a user to work with ('role-based').

How about licencing stuff like XML::RSS and forbidding patenting companies
use thereof? Better still, get RMS to change the GPL in a similar fashion.
