I can certainly live with it.

Correct. It would be a site-level syndication directory. It seems cleaner
to have a directory to different types of syndicated info on a site than
to have to wrap it all up in one. That way we can separately evolve
broadband, audio, and other syndication formats.

I'm not one to speak authoritatively about the Dublin Core. Until
I did a search a minute ago I thought it was from Dublin Ireland.
Wrong! Turns out it is Dublin Ohio... Shows how much I know.
