Basically, I have the same opinion as Seth.

I never thought of it as RSS name belonging to entity A or 
entity B. It is just a matter of users interest.

Unfortunately, both Dave Winer and the RDF group (Dan included)
seem to be too focused on the turf war side of the thing.
