Oh, well. I guess we'll just have to evangelize "Don't abuse it" at the
same time as we evangelize "Produce an RSS file, damn it".

BTW. As I travel round the web I'm getting into pretty much the same
conversation again and again. "Do you produce an RSS file?", "no what's
that?", "It's etc". The best recent one was an analyst company who
wanted to sell me a javascript news feed for $10K. The underlying data
was just a precis-ed press release and one para of analyst comment. I
pointed him at Moreover, Newsisfree and Blogspace/Rss and got my coat!
Then there was the UK News site producing their own XML format of full
content, in one new file per day and leaving it on a public directory!
"I've been meaning to research RSS..."

Oh well.
