I've just copied it from Dave and put it in 
http://www.tnl.net/presentation/dtd/rss-0_91.dtd

Is anyone keeping a record of places where we can find it. Just to make 
sure, it would be create to have a directory of copies of the same DTD.

However, it brinks up an interesting point. Is there a way to point to the 
same document in multiple locations in the DOCTYPE tag without using RDF?
