Okay...
Then can someone explain the divergence from 0.9 as RDF to 0.91 as flat XML?
Why did they abandon the original format when adding scriptingNews elements?
Seems they could have just extended it and kept it backwards-compatible with
0.9...
This doesn't even remain consistent with Netscape's own established
standard.
Slashdot still uses 0.9...
