RSS Changes

Hi,

This page [1] on NewsIsFree is similar to the weblogs.com change list.
It's the list of all feeds which have changed in the last 3 hours. That
list is available in XML [2].

Now, by popular request, it also is available [3] in an XML file (with
the same syntax) but with links pointing to RSS files instead of web
pages. If the feed was originaly obtained from an XML file [4], the link
to that file is used. If the feed was scraped, the link to the
NewsIsFree provided RSS file is used.
