I think it is some W3C Internet Architecture thing that I don't understand.
Technically I think this should be handled by a media type. IE you are supposed
to discover that the file is application/rss+xml and then apply the stylesheet.
Right now I don't think anyone even uses this even through Apache (much less
hrefs) just returns text/plain or text/xml. Does syndic8 have any stats on
this?

I am going to migrate to using an 'x-rss:' scheme which I think is 'legal' as
far as W3C addressing is concerned.
