The idea being that if you obtained an OCS feed and it listed alternates for a
source what could be done to indicate what sort of content is provided?  Let's
say I have the URL for a feed and I ask Syndic8 about it.  Syndic8 might return
an OCS list indicating other alternates available.  What if one of those
alternates is the "lite" version of the feed while the others are more
"heavyweight"?  Now that would help satisfy the users on both sides of the camp.
The question is what should be "said" about a feed to indicate something that
could be translated into something the users would understand while still being
programmatically useful?
