If I understand you correctly, then all you need to do is to set up a .asp
script or whatever to query the DB and return the results in RSS format [1].
This in effect is what is done by tools like Movable Type, which queries a
MySQL DB. You may like to try searching on database -> RDF mapping, which is
really the 'superclass' of this task.
