Right. Personally, I currently I keep track of all inbound and outbound
email, and manually register some sites to watch as well as manually
noting particular pieces of content of interest (ironically, until I
feel I have a better handle on unsyndicated sites I have held off
aggregating syndicated sites). The PWP goes a long way towards
gathering context for those of us who spend a lot of time with protocol
HTTP. A friend [0] is working on giving his computer the context to
effectively predict where he is (through monitoring of mail, web, chat,
phone [1], etc., activity), with at least one implication being that if
his system knows where he is then it also knows a lot of interesting
things about what he needs.
