Actually the tool is not centralized, we just seeded it with a few
well-known subscription lists. The format used for subscription lists is
supported by lots of aggregators. There is a "but" -- it's that most
aggregators are one-way, they read but they don't publish, so it can be hard
to find the OPML files for tools other than Radio. Dave
