Non-exitant reader? It would be trivial for any existant aggregator -
whether a program on the local machine or a Web site - to support
getting references that add a channel to the user's list of feeds.

We've got a good opportunity with Mozilla. If there's activity around
what's happening there, IMHO there's a decent chance of IE picking it
up as well.
