If we used the rel on a regular link to the feed then it would currently
have a point in a page even if it's not yet used by applications like
mozilla:
<a rel="syndication"
href="rss100headline.rdf" type="application/xml"
title="RSS 1.0 Headlines" hreflang="en-gb">Syndicate</a>
Does mozilla pick up rel's in 'a' links in the body or only in 'link'
links in the head?
